Laptops (brand new, refurbished, and pre-owned)

We have been operating since January 2004 and expanded as a full e-commerce marketplace in Kenya in July 2015. We supply to hundreds of buyers around Kenya, empowering corporates and individuals with quality IT-related products.

3. Product Information and Pricing

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all Products. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, specifications, or other content are error-free, complete, reliable, or current. Products may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing updates or manufacturer changes.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are VAT Exclusive
16% Value Added Tax (VAT) is added to all invoices upon payment
A 16% tax invoice is generated upon payment of items
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on stock availability and running offers
Prices displayed on the Website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated

3.3 Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any Product and to discontinue any Product at any time without notice. If a Product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.

Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery
Title to Products passes to you upon full payment and delivery

6.5 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept:

You will be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled with a refund minus shipping costs

7. Return Policy

10-day return period from the purchase/delivery date for:

For M-PESA payments, refunds will be sent back to the original M-PESA number

Full refund for defective products or manufacturing errors
Refund minus return shipping costs if you return for other eligible reasons
No refund if the 10-day period has expired
